Project Overview
This major home renovation involved extensive internal and external upgrades, transforming a long-held family property into a refined modern farmhouse while respecting its original character. In addition to completing construction works, Karri Building Group operated in a project management capacity, coordinating multiple trades and services on behalf of the client.
The project included significant improvements to plumbing, electrical systems, structural elements, and external areas. The objective was to revitalise the home, strengthen its integrity, and improve both lifestyle and long-term property value.

Scope of Work
- Installation of new ceilings throughout most internal rooms
- Repair of wall and skirting defects
- Installation of decorative ceiling roses in main living areas
- Replacement of windows and sliding doors with aluminium frames
- Window and door improvements for energy efficiency
- Replacement of external cladding and preparation for painting
- Installation of new external doors and subfloor ventilation
- Earthworks and demolition preparation for new veranda and carport
- Coordination of trades including electrician, plumber, carpenter, asbestos removal, and concrete works
Our Approach
This project required structured coordination across multiple trades and service upgrades. Acting in a project management role, we liaised between contractors and the client to ensure works progressed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the overall design vision.
Careful sequencing allowed major service upgrades and structural works to be completed before final finishes were applied. By integrating construction and coordination responsibilities, we ensured the renovation remained organised and consistent from start to finish.
